"Grow & Sew" Oil should be applied to hair after it is washed. After intial wash oil should be applied to hair every other night allowing hair to be uncovered at least 1hr or more before covering. "Grow & Sew" Oil can be used as a hot oil treatment on extremely dry scalps. Part hair in 1 inch sections after washing, massage oil through the scalp, sit under a dryer for 20-30mins with a plastic cap, wash hair with shampoo then condition and style as usual.
