BOOKING POLICY

1. If you are feeling sick, please reschedule your appointment. If you arrive to your appointment noticeably feeling unwell, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit is then forfeited and you will be asked to exit. 

2. Please be on time to your appointment to prevent overlapping in the schedule. It is my mission to allow each client to receive a personalized salon visit, while delays happen, this is a problem we want to avoid. Please allot 15-20 mins to find parking to avoid tardiness. There is a 10 min grace period, after 10 mins you will be charged $25, and after 20 mins your appointment will be cancelled, please lets value each others time.

3. All deposits are non-refundable, if you need to cancel or reschedule please do so 48 hrs prior to your appointment. Transferring of a deposit will only be allowed twice, after that your deposit is forfeited and you must book a new appointment with a new deposit. 

4. As much as we would love company, there are no extra guests allowed due to limited space and personalized salon setting provided.

5. I do not work over any work that was not originally done by me.

6. To provide optimal/ consistent results all install services should use J'adore Kouture Hair to ensure satisfaction. 

7. Please have your previous hair style taken out so you can be serviced upon walking in, if you are not ready to be serviced there will be a fee of $75 added to take out the old style, this will cause a delay in the next appointment causing possible reputation damage to the brand. if your hair is matted a cost of $75 per hr will be charged to detangle it.

8. If you have previously had any chemical services done in the past 3 months, you must sign a waiver releasing J'adore Kouture of any liability.
